What size should I buy?

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it as we work with a made-to-order model and strive to be as sustainable as possible.

Do you order gift cards?

Yes you can! You can find our online vouchers on our Main Menu under 'Shop' and then under 'Gift Cards'.

Can I order for myself and a friend and have our pieces packaged separately?

Most definitely! We pride ourselves on our beautiful packaging and want every order to feel like a gift! Simply leave us a note with instruction while checking out and we'll make sure your order is perfect and gift giving ready.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We believe that the presentation of our products is just as important as the quality within. That’s why we’ve taken extra care to ensure that each order arrives to you in a truly special way. Our products have no price tags on them and come in a lovely Luna box nestled in our custom, locally made tissue paper. Each box also contains a delicately fragranced, embroidered sachet and a unique Luna polaroid with a handwritten note.

Want us to add a personal message for someone? Just let us know upon purchase and we’ll happily write it for you.

Why not have more sizes on your online shop?

The answer lies in our commitment to being a small, slow fashion studio. We prioritise minimising waste and maximising quality and that is why we offer custom sizes at no extra cost.

Each garment is meticulously handmade in small batches, with the majority of our orders being made-to-order. Our approach allows us to accommodate every body shape and size while avoiding creating excess stock that may go unsold.

We take pride in our ethical and sustainable practices and are determined not to contribute to the clothing waste problem perpetuated by fast fashion. With Luna, you can embrace a conscious choice that supports a more sustainable future.

Can I order a custom set?

We offer custom sizes at no extra cost. Want to own one of our sets in a different colour or style? Send us an email and we'd be happy to help.


How long do I have to wait for my order?

It is important to keep in mind that all our pieces are handmade by a small team. We take pride in the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into each item, ensuring that is meets our high standards of quality.  In order to prioritise sustainability and minimise waste, we work with a made-to-order model. Therefore, the manufacturing time of an order can take up to 10 working days and this lead time may increase during peak periods/sales.

If you have an urgent order please let us know and we will try our utmost best to accommodate your request.

Are your products ethically made?

Yes, all our products are ethically handmade to order by our small all-female team right here in beautiful Cape Town. We take great care in ensuring that our manufacturing process aligns with our ethical values. We also source as many materials as possible from local suppliers who share our commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainable practices. We believe in transparency and strive to provide our customers with high-quality products that are not only beautiful but also produced in an ethical and responsible manner.

Our made-to-order and small batch production model also allows us to accommodate every body shape and size while avoiding creating excess stock that may go unsold.

Who made my intimates?

What payment methods are accepted? 

We accept all cards & instant EFTs via our payment provider PayFast.

We also offer PayFlex payments which means you can split up your payments over 6 weeks, in 4 interest-free payments.

How do I look after my Luna Intimates?

We want you to love your new piece for years to come. Proper care will extend the life of garments and help prevent damage to delicate fabrics.

All items should be hand washed in warm water with mild soap (we love using baby safe detergent or something similarly gentle). After washing & thoroughly rinsing, leave out flat to dry and remember to never ever tumble dry as this will damage the delicate fabrics. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for any damaged caused to items due to incorrect care.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive another email notification with your tracking information.

Do you ship overseas?

We offer worldwide shipping and all international orders are delivered by DHL. Free worldwide shipping for orders over R1500.

How much is local shipping?

We charge a flat rate of R75 for all local orders. All orders over R1000 ship for free. We make use of The Courier Guy.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the intimate nature of our products no returns or refunds will be accepted on any underwear or sleepwear.

Therefore it is important to make sure you are completely happy with your choice and size of intimates upon purchase and that you are aware of the import taxes you might be charged if you're an international customer.

We will gladly exchange bralettes, but please note that the shipping cost of both return and delivery will fall on the client and that the pieces will need to be returned to us within 5 days of delivery in an unworn, unwashed and original condition. *After 10 days all sales are final.

We also strongly encourage our customers to make sure of their sizing choices & address any uncertainty with us before placing their orders. Ensuring the perfect fit & promoting thoughtful consumption are both our priorities. Therefore we are more than happy to assist, review your measurements & help you get the perfect fit right from the start.x

In the very unlikely event your garment is flawed or you received an incorrect item, please email us immediately with your order number and we’ll assist swiftly.
